At Velisara, we currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer Free Shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Velisara is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Velisara is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactvelisara@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to make it right.
