Return & Refund Policy

At Velisara, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused,
  • unopened,
  • in its original packaging,
  • and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns for:

  • items that arrive damaged,
  • items that are defective,
  • or items that are incorrect.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, and approved by our fulfillment partner. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contactvalerisa@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at contactvelerisa@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used personal care items,
  • opened beauty tools or skincare accessories,
  • gift cards,
  • or sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

At this time, Velisara only sells and ships within the United States.
